In order to reduce carbon pollution in the smelting process of low-carbon steel and ultra-low-carbon steel, the corundum spinel carbon-free ladle precast block developed by our company is made of tabular corundum, high-purity spinel, alumina micropowder, etc. as the main raw materials, using ultrafine powder technology, adding nano-materials, and produced by high-pressure molding process or pouring prefabrication. It has the characteristics of suitable strength, excellent slag resistance and spalling resistance, good thermal shock stability, and long service life. On-site masonry can avoid the problem of winter construction freezing, and at the same time achieve the purpose of prolonging the life of the ladle and not polluting the molten steel. Suitable for large refining ladle wall and LF refining ladle outside the working lining.
