Jin Xin Hengtuo Phase III Project will build a production line with an annual output of 50000 tons of ladle working lining bricks and a production line with an annual output of 20000 tons of high-tech ceramics, covering an area of 104 mu. It is a benchmark enterprise in the field of intelligent manufacturing and digital automation in the domestic refractory industry. Jin Xin Hengtuo adheres to the development concept of enabling wisdom and sticking to the future. In the process of rapid development of the enterprise, it has built the nerve center of the intelligent factory, which is the nerve center of the intelligent workshop, including our storage system, intelligent molding system, AGV unmanned forklift system and firing system. Every day we will collect the production data of the day for analysis and judgment, so as to facilitate our production schedule for the next day, material information binding and automated batching mixing.
1.WMS/WCS warehouse management and control system: 36 groups of warehouse materials are set up in a centralized way, and aggregate and powder raw materials are transported separately. According to the production plan, the intelligent system automatically completes tasks such as replenishment, switching material types and specifications through PRC. With automatic metering and statistical functions, the single batching time is less than 5 minutes, which improves the efficiency by more than 50% compared with the traditional process. A single unit can meet the batching requirements of multiple mixing and milling machines. For a small amount of added materials, the addition is more accurate and the efficiency is improved by more than 30%.
2.AGV unmanned forklift transportation system: realize unmanned operation of forklift, 24-hour uninterrupted work, automatic homing charging, single carrying capacity of 3 tons, laser navigation rudder transmission accuracy of about 10mm, maximum operating speed of 60 m/min, double efficiency. AGV can transport qualified materials to the transfer area regularly and at fixed points, automatically transfer qualified materials to the pressure silo according to the working conditions of the mixer and the central control instructions, and realize a fully automatic metering, forming, detection and palletizing system according to the pressure material demand signal and the central control instructions. Cancel manual operation to ensure production safety and meet continuous production. The system can realize on-line quantitative detection of semi-finished products through automatic detection machine, and at the same time carry out burr removal, product labeling, intelligent rejection of unqualified products, the whole process to achieve a high degree of unity of speed and quality.
3. Automatic palletizing robot: a single palletizing robot controls multiple molding presses, and a single machine can palletize more than 20 tons of products per shift, with continuous operation, high efficiency and accuracy, and avoid collision and damage during manual palletizing.
4.AGV handling: through AGV automatic transfer, the intelligent transportation of semi-finished products from forming to heat treatment kiln is realized, with accurate positioning, safe operation, saving manpower and improving efficiency.
5. Automatic drying and packaging system: intelligent transportation system for entering and leaving the kiln, intelligent coding group car ferry is fast and convenient, saving time and labor into the kiln. Cross frame handling speed, hydraulic pushing speed, variable frequency adjustable. Automatic detection, coding, automatic ferry positioning, safe and reliable. Out of the kiln speed ferry speed variable frequency adjustable. Environmentally friendly kilns. Central control one-key operation, fully automated, intelligent operation, equipped with abnormal reminder function, safer to use. The exhaust gas in the heat treatment process is treated twice, which is green and environmentally friendly.
6. Intelligent palletizing brick system: efficient and accurate, effectively avoid manual palletizing careless damage to the brick body, the single machine speed is 2 times that of manual.
7. Intelligent palletizing packaging system: smooth, neat, efficient and accurate. The robot is clamped by sponge vacuum suction cup, which can simultaneously complete the functions of absorbing bricks and grabbing wooden pallets. A single robot can replace at least 3 packers, which is a high-quality choice for quickly replacing repetitive labor in the future.
The intelligent workshop took only one year from design to mass production.
