Taphole filling sand

During the electric furnace smelting, the filler in the contact part with the molten steel produces a sintered layer, which prevents the molten steel from penetrating down. The unsintered filler under the sintered layer can flow out smoothly when the steel is opened to the pallet, and with the help of the pressure of the molten steel, the sintered layer is broken to achieve the purpose of automatic pouring.
