Product Introduction
The magnesium purging plug wall of the tundish uses magnesia as the main raw material. Through the multi-level particle grading of the raw material, a microporous structure is formed inside the material. It is sintered at a high temperature of 1600℃, so that this microporous structure is maintained under the high temperature and high pressure of the tundish, thereby ensuring good air permeability. When in use, the gas passes through the purging plug wall to form a bubble curtain, which can increase the floating opportunity of impurities and effectively adsorb and capture extremely small inclusions to achieve the effect of purifying molten steel.
