Explosion-proof quick-drying castable is an energy-saving castable developed to shorten the baking time of heating furnace. Our company can develop castable with different baking time and performance requirements according to the needs of users for furnace building. According to the thickness of furnace lining, products can be baked for 3-7 days. Compared with ordinary castable that needs to be baked for 12-21 days, the baking time is saved for more than 5 days, which not only improves the furnace building efficiency, but also saves a lot of energy for users, the products have been successfully used in more than 80 heating furnaces in more than 40 units such as Baosteel, Shaogang, RISCO, Jinan Iron and Steel, Jianlong Iron and Steel, etc., and are deeply loved by customers.
