Product Introduction
The furnace grate block brick is generally installed in the burner combustion system of the regenerative reheating furnace, and its function is to protect the heat storage body and the heat storage ball, and extend the service life of the heat storage body and the heat storage ball. Therefore, high temperature resistance and thermal shock performance are the primary factors in the selection of grate block bricks. The grate developed by our company adopts machine pressure forming or pouring vibration forming and is fired at high temperature. It has the advantages of anti-peeling, erosion resistance, cracking resistance, high temperature resistance and not easy to deform. This product has been used in more than 200 reheating furnaces in more than 40 units such as Jiuquan Steel, Weigang, Lianyuan Steel, etc., and is well received by users.
