Injection mass

The series of press-in materials developed by our company are composed of refractory aggregate, powder, binder and admixture. When used, water or liquid binder is added to reconcile, and there are two series of water and no water. This series of press-in materials are suitable for lining grout lining of large smelting equipment such as ironmaking blast furnaces, hot blast stoves and thermal pipelines. The pressed material has good fluidity, can be well filled in the gap between the furnace shell and the cooling wall, and repair the damaged part of the furnace lining, so as to protect the furnace lining and prolong the service life of the furnace lining. High alumina press-in material is suitable for lining maintenance after the blast furnace cooling wall refractory material spalling, silicon carbide-carbon press-in material is used for the blast furnace tuyere and cooling plate parts of the press-in maintenance, carbon press-in material is used for the blast furnace hearth, iron mouth and other parts of the press-in maintenance.
