Plastic refractories
Classification:
Product Introduction
Plastic is a kind of amorphous refractory material that is made of refractory aggregate, powder, binder and admixture with certain particle gradation, which is prepared, mixed with water and extruded into massive or mud-like materials. It still has good plasticity after packaging and storage for a certain period of time and can be constructed by ramming method. It is mainly used for lining bodies of various reheating furnaces, soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, sintering furnaces and the like in the iron and steel industry. Plastic has the advantages of suitable strength, good thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, good spalling resistance, long service life, energy saving, etc., and is especially suitable for reheating furnace walls, furnace tops, burner bricks and other parts. It has been successfully used in the reheating furnaces of Baosteel, Meigang, E Steel, Laigang, Lianyuan Steel and other units.
