Zirconia sizing nozzle can be divided into two types,the composite monolithic nozzleand the insert nozzle.Imported zircon sand and stabilized zirconia are used for themono-nozzle.For the insert nozzle,stabilized zirconia is adopted for the core and highgrade bauxite is the starting material for the sleeve.Both nozzles have good thermalshock stability,strong resistance to erosion and spalling.
