Baffle bricks are generally installed in the burner combustion system of regenerative reheating furnaces. Their function is to protect the regenerator and heat storage balls and extend the service life of the regenerators and heat storage balls. Therefore, high temperature resistance and thermal shock performance are the primary factors for selecting baffle bricks. The baffle bricks developed by our company are machine-pressed or poured and vibrated, and are fired at high temperature. They are resistant to peeling, erosion, cracking, and cracking. It has the advantages of not being easily deformed at high temperatures. This product has been used on more than 200 regenerative burners of reheating furnaces in more than 40 units such as Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Weishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and has been well received by users.
