The products are dry setting and quick construction materials which have smooth surfaces after installation.They can effectively reduce the pollution of the tundish working lining material to molten steel,shorten dry-out procedure and save fuel consumption.
The service life of magnesia dry setting mix is more than 24 hours and it is over 12 hours for magnesia calcia mix.The environmental protection type magnesia dry vibratable mix,which is characterized by excellent slag resistance,is beneficial to environmental protection.No irritant gasis produced during baking.And no carbon and hydrogen go into the molten steel during application.
