Taphole Filler Sand

During smelting process,a sintered layer forms on the surface of the taphole filler sand when contacting molten steel to prevent it from penetration. The mass under the sintered layer can flow out smoothly when the support plate is opened. With the aid of the pressure of the molten steel, the sintering layer is broken and the purpose of automatic pouring is achieved.JHCO taphole filler sand features no-floating,high self-open rate, safe operation and no pollution to molten steel.
