Through three years of technological innovation and process improvement, the "one-can system" of "three-in-one" ultra-thin refractory iron ladle has been implemented in China for the first time, which is more convenient for the organization and coordination of iron ladle. The turnover rate of iron ladle has greatly increased from less than 3.0 to 4.46; the standard for the distribution of No. 6 blast furnace was shortened from 42 minutes to 25 minutes. The temperature drop loss in the molten iron transportation process was reduced by about 100 ℃, and the steelmaking cost was reduced by about 60 yuan/ton of steel only by reducing the temperature drop loss. Since January 2018, the one-tank system of molten iron has been implemented to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency by 67.05 million yuan.
Through continuous technological improvement, the utilization rate of "three guarantees in one" one-can iron-making package will be increased to 99.99 in 2020, and the average number of furnaces used will be increased from 420 furnaces to more than 500 furnaces, providing basic conditions for the iron-steel ratio in steel-making plants to drop below 800. It provides safe and high-quality capacity support for Shaogang's 8 million-ton steel platform per year.
