Injection mass

The product is paste or slurry like unshaped refractory material which is installed by extrusion method. It is made of refractory aggregate, powder, binder and additives with high mechanical strength, excellent thermal shock resistance and wear resistance. Water or liquid binder is added before application. High alumina slurry mainly suits repair of blast furnace.

Main chemical compositions and physical properties

Packaging: woven bag, 1000kg/bag, 500kg/bag, 50kg/bag or 25kg/bag. Shelf life: 6 months.

Storage: keep dry. Please do not use if agglomeration appears.
