Zirconia sizing nozzle and tundish upper nozzle

Zirconia sizing nozzle can be divided into two types, the composite monolithic nozzle and the insert nozzle. Imported zircon sand and stabilized zirconia are used for the mono-nozzle. For the insert nozzle, stabilized zirconia is adopted for the core and high grade bauxite is the starting material for the sleeve. Both nozzles have good thermal shock stability, strong resistance to erosion and spalling.
